There is no direct connection from Wengen Station to Mürren (Station). However, you can take the line 63 funicular to Lauterbrunnen, take the walk to Lauterbrunnen, Bahnhof, take the line 141 bus to Stechelberg, Schilthornbahn, then take the walk to Mürren (Station). Alternatively, you can take the walk to Mürren (Station).
There is one from Schnige Platte to First. You need to get the train from Wengen to Lauterbrunnen, change to the train for Wilderswill, then get a train from there to Schinge Platte. Think the walk takes about 6 hours. Once you've done the walk, you will need to take the gondala down to Grindelwald, then train/gondala back to Wengen.
Ending Point: Top of Mannlichen. Distance: 0.8 miles / 1.2 km. Duration: 40 minutes. Elevation Gain: +262 feet / +80 meters. As you can tell, this is definitely on the shorter and easier side of hiking options. The route should take about 25 minutes to get up and another 15 or so minutes to get down.
